You have up to 24 hours from the time your order is delivered to submit a return request.

Preparing Your Item for Return
Once your return request has been submitted:
- – Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels, and freebies.
- – Ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Return Options
You can return your item by:
- – Dropping it off at the designated location provided during the return request process
- – Requesting a pickup service, available at an additional fee
Damaged Items
– If the item is damaged and we can verify that the damage occurred during delivery, we will provide a replacement.
– If the cause of damage cannot be determined we will offer to have it repaired at little to no cost, depending on the extent of the damage.
Non-Damaged Items
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage:
- – You will have the opportunity to exchange the item for another product.
- – No refunds will be issued for returns that are not due to damage.
